QRflows helps you create dynamic QR codes you can update after printing. Here you’ll find answers about QR types, hosted pages, analytics, routing rules, pricing, and plan limits.

    Getting Started

QRflows is a dynamic QR code platform for creating, managing, and tracking QR codes from one dashboard. Create QR codes for links, contact cards, files, app installs, menus, events, WiFi, and more — then update destinations after printing.

A dynamic QR code points to a short redirect managed inside QRflows. That means you can change where the code sends people even after it’s printed on packaging, posters, menus, or business cards.

Yes. With dynamic QR codes in QRflows you can update the destination, replace a link, switch to a hosted page, or apply routing rules without reprinting the QR code.

A static QR code contains fixed data inside the code and cannot be changed after printing. A dynamic QR code uses a managed short link, so you can update the destination later, track scans, and unlock advanced features like routing and experiments.

Yes. QRflows dynamic QR codes support scan tracking so you can measure performance over time.

Yes. QRflows is designed for packaging, menus, flyers, posters, labels, business cards, and other printed materials where the destination may need to change later.

    QR Types

QRflows supports QR codes for URL, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, WiFi, Instagram, Google Review, map location, mobile app, PDF or file, menu, event, vCard, Smart Rules, and Product QR.

Standard QR types like URL, phone, email, WiFi, messaging apps, map links, app links, PDF links, menu links, event links, and vCard are available without Pro. Pro is required for advanced types like Smart Rules and Product QR.

A regular URL QR sends every visitor to the same destination. Smart Rules lets one QR code route people to different destinations based on conditions such as country, device, time, language, or date range.

QRflows provides scan analytics so you can measure how your QR codes perform. Depending on the plan, this includes core scan tracking and more advanced reporting for deeper analysis.

Basic analytics is designed for essential scan visibility. Advanced analytics on Pro is intended for deeper performance analysis, including more detailed breakdowns and experiment-related insights.

Yes. Dynamic QR codes continue collecting scan data after printing while you update the destination or optimize the experience.

    Smart Rules & A/B Testing

    Related: Smart Rules · pricing

Smart Rules let one QR code send different visitors to different destinations based on matching conditions. For example, you can route by country, language, device type, time window, or date-based campaign logic.

Rules are evaluated top-to-bottom by priority. The first matching rule wins, and a fallback destination handles scans that do not match any rule.

Yes. Pro includes A/B testing so you can compare destinations or experiences and learn which version performs better.

    Product QR

Product QR is a Pro feature designed for packaging and product-related experiences. It lets you build a product-focused micro-landing page that can include ingredients, instructions, warranty details, refill information, and buy links.

Product QR is useful for brands that want one scannable destination on packaging, labels, or retail materials. It works especially well for consumer products, supplements, cosmetics, food, refills, and post‑purchase flows.

Yes. Configure it in the dashboard anytime. Live visitor scans for Product QR follow the Pro tier: if you chose a Pro trial or paid Pro at signup, scans work throughout the trial; otherwise move to Pro when you’re ready.
