This Cookie Policy explains how QRflows uses cookies and similar technologies.
What are cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage and pixels/scripts that can store or access information.
Essential cookies (always on): required for authentication, security, CSRF protection, load balancing, and core site functionality. You cannot disable these because the Service would not work correctly.
Analytics cookies/tags: by default, we allow basic analytics measurement (via Google Tag Manager) to understand usage and improve performance. You can disable analytics anytime via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Optional marketing cookies/tags: if you consent to 'Marketing', we may enable advertising/marketing measurement and personalization signals (via Google Tag Manager). If you do not consent, ad-related storage remains denied.
How we store your choice: we store your consent choice in your browser (localStorage) so we can remember it. You can change it anytime via the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer.
Google Consent Mode: we use Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate your consent state to Google tags. By default, advertising-related storage is denied until you opt in; analytics can be disabled via preferences.
QR scan analytics: scan counts shown in your dashboard are not based on third-party tracking cookies; they are derived from service events needed to provide the analytics feature.
